A large medical equipment company based in the United States, with over 10,000 employees globally. The company specializes in the development, manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of medical devices, including diagnostic imaging systems and lab equipment.
The Challenge:
The company was facing challenges with their manual HR processes, which were causing delays and errors in the management of employee data. The HR department was spending a significant amount of time on administrative tasks, such as data entry, form filling and approvals, leaving little time for other important tasks such as employee engagement and training. Additionally, the company’s HR processes were not integrated with other systems, making it difficult to access employee information and track progress.
mOne Technologies Solutions:
mOne Technologies proposed to implement ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HSD) module to automate the company’s HR processes and improve the overall efficiency of the HR department. The HSD module provides a centralized platform for managing employee data, automating HR workflows, and tracking progress. We also proposed to implement ServiceNow’s Employee Service Center (ESC) to provide employees with a self-service portal for accessing their personal information, submitting requests, and tracking progress.
The implementation process began with a thorough analysis of the company’s current HR processes, followed by the customization of the HSD and ESC modules to meet the company’s specific requirements. Our team of experienced ServiceNow consultants worked closely with the HR department to design and implement automated workflows for tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. The ESC was also customized to provide employees with personalized access to their information, requests, and approvals.
